We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Onces the custumer the make a request will do the return in 7-10 Business Days.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Defective Products Only: Refunds are only available for products that arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a defective product, please do not remove the tag or use the product until the issue is resolved.
2. Video Confirmation
- Video Requirement: To initiate a refund request, you must record a video of the defective product within 2 days of receiving it. The video should clearly show the defect and the product in its original condition, including the attached tags.
- Submission Process: Send the video along with your order details to our customer support team via email at support@gravitygrip.in
3. Tag and Product Condition
- Tag Integrity: Please ensure that the product tag remains intact and attached until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Once the tag is removed, the product is considered used, and the refund request will be invalid.
4. Special Offer Terms
- Netflix Membership Coupon: Some of our products come with a complimentary Netflix membership coupon code. If you have used the coupon code, the refund for the product will not be available, even if the product is defective.
5. Refund Process
- Review and Approval: After receiving your video submission, our team will review the footage and inspect the product for defects. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Return Shipping: In case of an approved refund, we will provide instructions on returning the product. Return shipping costs will be covered by Gravity Grip only if the product is confirmed to be defective.
